Step One: Access Your Account

If you have paid by card, look for an email with your account login details. If you have requested 'pay by invoice'. Once the invoice has been paid, you will receive your account login details.

Step Two: Familiarise yourself with the Tool Kit

Everything you need to get up and running is contained within your Toolkit. Take time to read through the kit in it's entirety (about 20 minutes) to make sure you understand the process before you start.

Step Three: Book your Training Session

To get you started, your kit includes either a one-to-one virtual training session or access to an e-learning course giving you everything you need to know to successfully begin and maintain the journey of making your workplace a kinder place to work.

Virtual Training Session with a Kindness FIRST Trainer

This is a one-off training virtual training session with one of our Kindness FIRST Executive Trainers. The sessions are via a web video link and can accommodate up to 15 of your Kindness Executives who you intend to lead your Kindness FIRST Campaign.

Online eLearning Course

We will grant you access to our online eLearning Course teaching you how to get the most of your Toolkit and establish a success Kindness FIRST Campaign within your organisation.
